Grace Period: 10 Minutes
All rates above are subjected to prevailing GST charges

The Operator (TOP PARKING) and the Owner (MCST 4534) will not accept any responsibility for any lost or damage howsoever caused, including any loss or damage arising as a result of negligence by the Operator or his employees to the vehicles, their accessories or their contents. Vehicles and goods are at customer’s sole risk. All conditions hereunder to be read subject to this condition.
The Operator and his employees shall have the right to enter vehicles which are parked otherwise than in permitted lots or causing obstruction and move or drive such vehicles away. The wheels of such vehicles might be clamped and these clamps will only be removed on condition that the administrative fee is paid up by the customer. The Operator or his employees shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any damage or los to the vehicles, their accessories or contents.
No variations of these conditions will bind the Operator unless made in writing signed by its duly authorised Manager.
